1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing luk333 (the "Platform") at luk333.com, creating an account, or placing any wager, you ("the Player") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and luk333. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all services offered on luk333, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino, slots, esports betting, the Tower game, and all deposit and withdrawal operations. They operate alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility

The luk333 Platform is available only to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

Registration of an account on luk333 is subject to the following conditions:

• Each individual may register only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• luk333 is required to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal request. Identity verification ("KYC") requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC or passport) and, in certain cases, proof of address or payment method ownership. KYC documents are handled in accordance with the luk333 Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be attributed to you.
• luk333 reserves the right to refuse registration at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on the luk333 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply:

• Deposits may be made using accepted Pakistani payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT, subject to availability at the time of transaction.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction. These limits may be amended by luk333 without prior notice.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. luk333 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• luk333 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of deposited funds before processing a withdrawal request.
• luk333 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, payment service providers may apply their own charges which are outside the control of luk333.
• Withdrawals are subject to a processing period as displayed in the cashier. Processing times vary by payment method. luk333 will endeavour to process approved withdrawals within the stated timeframes but cannot guarantee processing times where delays arise from payment service providers.

5. Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the luk333 Platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are accepted only when confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number is generated. A bet is not valid unless it appears in your bet history with a confirmed status.
• luk333 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were materially incorrect due to a technical error, pricing error, or data feed malfunction.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at the discretion of luk333. Any bets submitted during a period of suspension may be voided.
• Specific rules governing individual sports, casino games, and other betting products are published within the relevant sections of the Platform. These product-specific rules supplement and, in matters of conflict, supersede these general betting rules.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are subject to change without prior notice. luk333 reserves the right to limit the stake or payout on any individual account without providing a reason.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

luk333 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. The following terms apply to all promotions unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the specific promotion terms displayed at the time the offer is made.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.
• Only one bonus may be active on a luk333 account at any given time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• luk333 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, players who have already accepted the bonus and partially satisfied the wagering requirement will be given a reasonable period to complete the requirement.
• Bonus offers are subject to eligibility criteria which may include account status, deposit history, and geographic location. luk333 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse – including but not limited to coordinated multi-account wagering or exploiting game restrictions – will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account closure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luk333 Platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or artificially generating bonus qualifying activity.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or display anomalies to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or discovered error may be voided.
• Any form of fraud including provision of false identity documents, use of stolen payment methods, or misrepresentation of personal information during registration.
• Match fixing, insider betting, or placing bets on the basis of information not available to the general public in a manner that constitutes an offence under applicable law.
• Charging back, reversing, or otherwise disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider in bad faith.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, luk333 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account, void associated bets, and withhold funds pending investigation. luk333 may also report such conduct to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required or appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the luk333 Platform – including but not limited to the luk333 brand name and logo, website design, software interfaces, game content, text, graphics, and data compilations – is the property of luk333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of luk333.

9. Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and processing of personal data provided by Players in connection with their luk333 account is governed by the luk333 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

luk333 will not sell or transfer your personal data to unrelated third parties except as required by law, by regulatory obligation, or as necessary for the processing of your transactions and the provision of the Platform services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luk333 excludes all liability for:

• Any interruption, delay, or failure of the Platform caused by technical issues, third-party service provider failures, force majeure events, or network conditions outside luk333's direct control.
• Any loss of winnings or adverse outcomes arising from a Player's reliance on incorrect or delayed odds or game data resulting from a third-party data feed error.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special loss including loss of anticipated profits arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of uninterrupted availability.

11. Responsible Gaming

luk333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following tools are available in every luk333 account and may be activated at any time:

• Deposit Limits – Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Once set, a deposit limit can only be reduced with immediate effect; increases take effect after a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders – Set a timed alert that notifies you when you have been logged in to luk333 for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion – Suspend real-money activity on your account for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

12. Account Closure

luk333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time where: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) fraud or prohibited conduct has been identified; (c) required by law or regulatory instruction; (d) the account has been inactive for a period exceeding 24 months. In the case of closure due to breach of Terms, luk333 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.

13. Amendments

luk333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email or via a notice displayed upon next login. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which luk333 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the luk333 complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
